We will take reasonable care in performing services but do not guarantee results due to factors beyond our control such as weather, surface conditions, or pre-existing damage.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances with prior notice.
